Woodlawn Academy, an independent nonsectarian school, offers an atmosphere for each student to realize his and her potential. Students develop socially, culturally, physically, and mentally. They also assume present and future responsibilities in a joy of learning dedicated to Christian ideals. Founded in 1970, Woodlawn is operated by the Pittsylvania County Education Foundation, INC. and is accredited by the Virginia Independent School Association.
